In today's lesson we wanted to continue with the editing of our music video. However, we hadn't finished all the test footage editing and trying things out on final cut. So we spent the lesson in pairs trying to get it completed. Palvi and Emma started with the editing of the test footage and trying to try things we may use in our final video. And me and Grace went on the blog and sorted out everything, looking for things that needed doing.
We did have a small problem in todays lesson. We hadn't transfered the images we had taken on Monday to the computer for our digipack so we had lost them due to them being deleted off the camera. This has put us back a step and will have to on Monday go back to them locations and take some more photos and also remember to take some at the new locations so we have a nice range of images to choose from. This has taught us that we need to transfer all images and footage on the day we transfer it all so then we don't have this problem again.
In Monday's lesson we will be taking the camera out again and filming the final scenes for our final music video. We will firstly go through the footage on final cut from last Monday to see what we have and if we need to reshoot anything. Once we have done that we will go to the brick wall location at the back of college and film the small scene we need there, and then head off to our location for the fire place scene and back to the centre of cambridge to get some images for our digipack.
